At Pinnacles of Furnishing, we understand that sometimes circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Please note that cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.
Refund Policy
If your order is cancelled before shipping, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method.
Return Policy
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours to initiate the return process. We will provide a replacement or refund, whichever is applicable.
Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
– The item must be in its original condition
– The item must be returned within 14 days
– The customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Exceptions
– Custom-made or special order items are non-refundable
– Items marked as “Final Sale” are non-refundable
